The phone system is a staple in the office of any business, from the smallest business to the largest one. It is an absolute must if you want to be able to contact customers, freelancers, suppliers, employees and so on. In other words, if you do not have a good phone system then your business may come screeching to a halt. Never underestimate the power of communication.
The power of communication is excellent via a good phone system. You can have extra features if you so wish, but you should always tailor any good system to your own wants and needs.
